Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the footwear in its original Alexandre Birman box and secure it within a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our atelier inspects the returned items.
